Hopefully all readers will have a good break. Employment law looks as if it will have its interesting moments in 2010. The report on reforms to the Holidays Act is generating considerable interest and it will be interesting to read the full report in the New Year.The Rest Breaks Bill, discussed in an earlier post, seems to have become less urgent and must wait until 2010. In spite of this air traffic watch towers seem to have continued to operate after November 1st.
But it is almost time for the break so discussion can wait until 2010.
